HALTER TOP MADNESS!!
I am seriously in love with halter tops for the summer season! I really think that they are going to make a big come back. They go perfect with high waisted shorts, high waisted jeans, skirts, and maxi skirts. I happen to own the Urban Outfitters one (I work there no surprise) and I cannot wait to wear it. The top three halter’s above in the photos are very inexpensive as well as fashionable. I am thinking about wearing it with a maxi skirt or maybe even my denim circle skirt from American Apparel.
